Shipping

Where do we ship?
WORLDWIDE! We ship from Spain to almost anywhere in the world. You can check if your country is available by entering your address during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Price varies depending on destination and order size. It is automatically calculated before payment.

Shipping within Spain
Orders over €50 have free shipping. We also offer free pickup in Madrid, at two locations with scheduled hours.

International Shipping
We offer standard and/or express shipping options, depending on the country. In some destinations, you can choose between cheaper shipping or faster and more secure shipping.

Customs and tariffs
If your country applies customs fees, they are not included in the price and must be borne by the customer. This is rare for low-value orders, but may vary depending on local regulations.

Shipping to USA

We ship to the US from Europe using international postal services or express courier services.

Starting August 29, 2025 , due to changes in U.S. customs regulations, all express courier shipments (such as DHL) will be subject to taxes and duties, regardless of value. These costs are not included in the order price and will be borne by the customer.

If you choose standard (postal) shipping , most small orders still ship free of charge, although U.S. customs may apply fees at any time. The USPS may occasionally request verification of the package contents before delivery. If you receive a message or email, don't worry—it's standard procedure and very easy to manage.

Minor delays may occur if your order is selected for random inspection, although this is rare and is usually resolved quickly. We always declare the true value of your order and clearly describe the products to avoid issues with customs.

What size can I print my digital poster?

Our digital posters are designed to be easy to print in standard sizes. This means they are optimized in DIN format, which is a common ratio used for printing (like A4, A3, etc.). So you can print them without worrying about complicated size adjustments!

All ILUS by Coni files (except the Akuma No Mi collection) have a resolution of 3508x4961 pixels. The Akuma No Mi collection has a resolution of 1748x2480 pixels. (We are working to improve this as soon as possible) Here are the recommended print sizes for each:

For 3508x4961 pixel files:

  • High quality (300 dpi): 29.7 cm x 42.0 cm
  • Good quality (150 dpi): 59.4 cm x 84.0 cm

For the Akuma No Mi collection (1748x2480 pixels):

  • High quality (300 dpi): 14.8 cm x 21.0 cm
  • Good quality (150 dpi): 29.6 cm x 42.0 cm

Are the designs original?

Yes, all of our designs are created from scratch by our designer and are protected by copyright.

Some are inspired by the aesthetics, symbolism, or narrative of anime, manga, series, and films, but always through an artistic reinterpretation and without any official affiliation.

All visual content on ILUS by Coni is 100% original and does not use official images, logos, or resources.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, copying or distribution of the designs without express consent is prohibited.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

ILUS by Coni is not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error in your address after completing your order, please contact us to complete the missing information before your order is shipped. In case of return of the package to the origin, a new payment for the shipping cost will be required to resend the package.

Mark

Thanks to the front protection made of polystyrene plastic, the frames are lighter and safer.

Fibreboard is a stable and durable material made from surplus wood from the timber industry. A resistant outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board.

Returns and Exchanges

At ILUS by Coni, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but because we are a small brand, we accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions :

Conditions for Changes and Returns

  1. You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.
  2. Products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of damaged products or those showing signs of use.
  3. Shipping costs arising from the return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer . This includes both the return shipping of the product to our store and the shipping of the new product, in the case of exchanges.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please:

  1. Contact us: as soon as you detect any problem through our email info@ilusbyconi.com or our contact form , indicating the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Package the Product : Make sure to package the product securely so that it does not get damaged during shipping.
  3. Shipping and Tracking : Please send the package back to us and, if possible, provide us with a tracking number so we can monitor the return. We will notify you as soon as we receive the item and proceed with the exchange or issuance of a store credit.

Refunds

  • Refund Method : Returns will be processed as store credit , except in exceptional cases of defective products or shipping errors. In these cases, we offer a full refund in the original form of payment.
  • Customized or Discounted Products : We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized, sale, or limited edition products unless they have manufacturing defects.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return costs and send you a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
