Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations
At ILUS by Coni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you'll find all the information regarding exchanges, returns and cancellations.
Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange for a different size or product.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and, whenever possible, in their original packaging. We cannot accept exchanges for products that are damaged or show signs of use.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with an exchange, including both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.
Digital products cannot be exchanged.
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@ilusbyconi.com, including your order number and the details of the exchange you'd like to make.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placing it.
After this period, your order may already have entered production and can no longer be cancelled.
Digital products cannot be cancelled, as access to the content is granted immediately after purchase.
Returns
We accept returns of physical products within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused.
- Be in perfect condition.
- Be returned, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Digital products cannot be returned once access or download has begun, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel your purchase without providing any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision through a clear statement sent to info@ilusbyconi.com before the withdrawal period expires. You may also use the withdrawal form available on our website, although its use is not mandatory.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must return the products within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your decision.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received the returned product, or proof that it has been returned, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Where required by applicable law, the refund will also include the cost of the standard shipping method originally paid for.
The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once access or download has begun, provided the consumer has expressly consented to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ilusbyconi.com.
In these cases, we will cover all necessary costs to resolve the issue and will offer, as appropriate, either a replacement product or a full refund of the amount paid.
