Refund policy

At ILUS by Coni, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but as we are a small brand, we accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

Terms for Changes and Returns

  1. Request Period: You have 30 calendar days from the receipt date of your order to request a change or return.
  2. Product Condition: Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of damaged products or those showing signs of use.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs arising from returns or exchanges are paid by the customer. This includes both the return shipping of the product to our store and the shipping of the new product in case of exchanges.

Return Process To request a return or exchange, please:

  1. Contact Us as soon as you detect any issue through our email info@ilusbyconi.com or contact form, indicating the order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Package the Product: Make sure to package the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  3. Shipping and Tracking: Send us the package and, if possible, provide us with a tracking number so we can monitor the return. We will notify you once we receive the item and proceed with the exchange or store credit.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Returns will be processed as store credit, except in exceptional cases involving defective products or shipping errors. In these cases, we offer a full refund in the original payment method.
  • Customized or Discounted Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products, sale items, or limited edition items unless they have manufacturing defects.

Damaged or Defective Products If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we cover return shipping costs and will send you a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
