Preparation Times
We take between 1 and 10 business days to prepare merchandise (such as t-shirts and tote bags), and between 1 and 5 business days for posters.

These times only apply to preparation; delivery times begin once your order is ready to ship.

If you need your order urgently, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will try to help.

Worldwide Shipping
We ship nationally and internationally. Delivery times and methods vary depending on the location and weight of the order, and are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Spain (Peninsula): We offer free shipping on orders over ā‚¬70.
  • European Union: Estimated delivery between 2 and 10 business days, once the order has been prepared.
  • International: Estimated delivery between 2 and 10 business days, once the order has been prepared.

Shipping to the United States
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations:

  • Shipments are currently made exclusively with DHL Express.
  • All orders are subject to potential customs duties and taxes at the destination, regardless of their value.
  • These costs are not included in the order price and must be paid by the customer.
  • Delivery times are approximately 2 to 6 business days after the order is prepared, although delays may occur if customs holds the package for verification.

Customs Duties and Related Costs

Tracking Number
All our shipments include tracking so you can monitor your order at all times.

Digital Files
Due to the nature of the product, digital downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once the purchase is complete, the file is automatically sent.
It is not possible to resend it in case of loss, error, or lack of backup by the customer. Please be sure to save a safe copy after downloading.
