All jewelry boxes are shipped from Koemi Studio's fulfillment center in Texas, USA.
No duties or customs fees will be applied upon delivery for customers in the U.S. and Canada.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, including Canada, the UK, and the EU. - Will I have to pay customs or taxes?
There will be no duties or customs taxes upon delivery for customers in the U.S. and Canada.
For international orders, customs fees and import duties are not included in the product price. Depending on your country's regulations, international customers (especially within the EU) may be required to pay these fees upon delivery.
- International (including EU): generally 7-14 business days, depending on customs clearance.
- US orders: generally 3-6 business days after shipping.
- Canada: 2 to 4 business days.

- Are returns or exchanges accepted?
Because this is a limited-edition collaboration between Koemi Studio and ILUS by Coni, all jewelry is considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. - What happens if my item arrives damaged or there is a problem with shipping?
If your jewelry box arrives damaged or defective, please contact Koemi Studio within 7 days of delivery at support@koemistudio.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund immediately. - Who covers the return shipping costs?
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or incorrect, Koemi Studio will cover all return or replacement shipping costs.
